Our clients a world leader in Financial services, are seeking a Transaction Manager with a minimum of 2 year’s experience within Capital Markets, who has excellent SPV knowledge and Securitisation document review.
The Governance Transaction Manager will be responsible for: Company Secretarial Matters, Corporate and Administrative affairs, along with managing a portfolio of transactions from start to finish, mainly within Structured Finance and Securitisation.
In addition, you will be required to have excellent relationship building skills, providing a client service to internal and external teams, whilst growing and maintaining your portfolio. Reviewing and client invoicing for chargeable time in line with service agreements.
You will be required to attend board meetings , managing the Co-Sec & compliance obligations for SPV’s and their life cycle, adhering to all regulations.
You will be a mentor and be able to develop and coach junior members of the team, be able to guide and lead by example.
