We’re working with a well-established organisation in the health and social care space that’s using tech to change lives. They\’re seeking a Dynamics CRM & Power Platform Developer to join their growing internal tech team – someone who thrives on innovation and delivering practical, people-focused solutions.

🧠 What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Developing and enhancing Dynamics 365 CRM to meet real operational needs
  • Designing custom Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps
  • Creating and optimising Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes
  • Working on data integrations and improving CRM performance across multiple systems
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to bring requirements to life through scalable tech solutions
  • Supporting deployments, migrations, and version upgrades
  • Staying at the forefront of Microsoft Power Platform tools and practices

💡 About You:

You\’re a problem-solver with a passion for clean code and scalable solutions. You’ve likely already worked on end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations and are comfortable working with C#, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools like Power Automate and Dataverse. If you know your way around Azure Logic Apps or Power BI, even better.

Key Skills:

  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 CRM development, plugins, and workflows
  • Hands-on with Power Apps, Power Automate, and the Power Platform ecosystem
  • Experience with data modelling, Dataverse, and system integrations
  • Comfortable communicating technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Passionate about continuous learning and mentoring junior developers

📍 Hybrid Working:

You’ll be based 2 days a week in a modern North London office (easy transport links), with the rest remote.

💰 Salary:
