About the role
Established in 2007, grown alongside their clients, and the list of services they provide has been curated over time to provide their client with exactly that they need, efficiently. Currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join their team as a full-time, on-site Family Solicitor. Offices located in the City of London; this role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional to manage a diverse caseload of family law matters. Responsibilities include handling cases related to divorce, cohabitation, prenuptial agreements, child arrangement, and financial disputes. The successful candidate will also be expected to represent client in court, attend hearing, and cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Expertise in Family Law with a minimum of 5 years PQE with a deep understanding of family law
- Communication and Interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication is essential
- Autonomous & Team Player Ability to work independently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills Outstanding analytical abilities and a keen eye for problem-solving
- Attention to detail A commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of casement
- Education Background: A bachelor s degree in law or an equivalent qualification
