Repton School is seeking an outstanding Director of Sport to start in September 2025.
This high-profile position offers an exciting and rare opportunity to oversee the sporting provision at one of the UK’s leading sporting schools.

As a member of Repton’s Senior Management Team, the Director of Sport will lead the management of sport across the School and take responsibility for the profile of sport within the School and externally.
They will have a passion for ensuring sport is accessible and enjoyed by all pupils, whatever their ability. It is important on the one hand that our most able sportsmen and women are stretched, while on the other, every pupil should leave school with a positive attitude to sport.
