We are small, boutique and privately owned Recruitment company, opening its doors in February 2016 and specialising in the Manufacturing and Engineering Recruitment industry. Due to our success and reputation, we have reached an exciting point where we require the skills of someone new with passion, drive and hunger to join our small and successful team. The role will cover a range of responsibilities including qualifying jobs, advertising, screening and shortlisting candidates, communicating with both candidates and clients, negotiation and general account management tasks. Ideally you will have some recruitment experience of account management. Any experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG, CNC and Maintenance sectors is highly desirable but by no means essential. Our industry can be taught for the right person who holds the right attitude and work ethic. You must however be confortable and confident on the phone. Requirements Account management recruitment experience with excellent attention to detail.
