We are seeking a German-qualified Commercial Lawyer to support our customer, a dynamic, consumer-facing company operating at the intersection of advertising, fundraising, and entertainment. This is a short-term contract role, ideal for a commercially minded legal professional with a strong understanding of B2C operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pragmatic legal advice on a broad range of commercial matters, particularly those involving B2C arrangements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including marketing agreements, service provider contracts, and promotions.
- Ensure compliance with German and EU regulations, particularly in consumer law, data protection, and e-commerce.
- Advise on regulatory frameworks relevant to advertising and/or gambling, if applicable.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across legal, marketing, and operations.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified lawyer in Germany.
