The HR business Partner role offers Hybrid working with 3 days on site 2 from home and offering an hourly rate of up to £30PH negotiable on experience. The ideal candidate will have HR related qualifications alongside experience working with High level stakeholders ideally from a Property background.
In this role you will be responsible for future plans, culture within the business & competition.
Full Responsibilities include –

Conduct weekly meetings with business units

Provide support and consultancy with line managers offering guidance when required

Use trend & metrics available to develop business solutions & Policies

Manage & resolve complex employee issues

Keep up to date knowledge of legal requirements of employee management

Continually reduce legal risks & ensure regulatory compliance

Performance management guidelines to line managers including coaching, counselling and disciplinary actions

Continually work to improve employee relations with the aim to increase productivity, increase morale & retention

Provide policy guidance
-
Develop contract terms for new hires including promotion and transfers

Provide guidance on business unit restructures, workforce & succession planning

Identify any knowledge gaps & execute training
To be successful within this role you will need to have extensive experience with stakeholder management at a senior level, relevant HR qualifications SHRM will be beneficial alongside experience from a property background.
