Job Description Role Description There is one role open at present which is full-time and office based for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant. The Architectural Assistant will be responsible for feasibility studies drawing, planning applications, technical drawings and contract administration. Additionally, the Architectural Assistant will be responsible for creating presentations and assisting with other day-to-day tasks associated with architecture projects. The role will involve working on a series of small to medium scale residential and mixed use projects, where the successful candidate will be expected to run between 3-5 projects at any one time, varying in scale from £200k – £5M. Only applicants based in the UK and Ireland will be considered. Candidates must have experience with UK/Ireland in the residential sector, please do not apply if you do not have UK/Ireland experience.
