As the Senior Technical Services Manager, you will take the lead on all building services on each project from pre-construction through to practical completion, with a team of MEP managers to support you.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full MEP strategy, managing design development, installation, commissioning, and quality assuranceServe as the key MEP liaison with clients, consultants, and project stakeholdersChair coordination workshops to ensure technical compliance and integration across disciplinesReview and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and O&M manualsDrive the MEP programme, working closely with planning teams to meet critical milestonesSupport procurement through technical assessments, tender analysis, and contractor selectionOversee commissioning and testing phases, including seasonal commissioning and handover protocolsManage change control processes and respond to technical RFIsMentor and support technical services engineers and site supervisorsCandidate Profile:Minimum 5 years of MEP project delivery experience, ideally with a main contractorProven experience delivering commercial refurbishments or high-spec fit outs in constrained environmentsIn-depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, public health, and BMS systemsStrong understanding of MEP coordinationExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProven leadership across pre-construction, commissioning, and handover phasesDesirable (but not essential):Membership of CIBSE, IET, or Chartered/Incorporated Engineer statusSMSTS, CSCS Black Card, or First Aid CertificationExperience with BIM and digital tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Asta, or MS ProjectDegree or HNC/HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (ideal)Why Join?Work on high-profile, technically complex projects in central LondonJoin a stable, well-respected contractor with a strong client base and repeat businessBe part of a supportive, team-oriented environment that values professional growthCompetitive salary package with performance-related bonusesReady to lead a flagship project and shape the future of high-quality fit out delivery?
