You will be responsible for the generation of order intake and where appropriate, sales output in accordance with defined budgets. To devise, implement and monitor the development of Aftermarket initiatives, leading to the generation of new revenue streams associated with product in service sustainment strategies. Provide ongoing customer-focused support associated with sustainment activities.Specific Job Responsibilities:The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:Providing accurate and timely quotations and proposals that maximise the commercial return in accordance with defined budgets and /or targets.Proactively seek new business opportunities.Proactively follow-up quotations and proposals, to secure purchase orders.Support Business Development Managers in the development and deployment of product sustainment strategies associated with business campaigns.To determine and implement Aftermarket campaigns generating new revenue streams for the business.Actively participate and contribute in the day-to-day activities associated with business development. To support the customer through sustainment requirements for TMS UK supplied products.General ResponsibilitiesLiaise with customers and company representatives, operating as a primary point of contact as required.Assist in the preparation of professional and technically accurate proposals to ensure that submission deadlines and objectives are met, working outside of normal office hours as required and reasonably expected to meet customers\’ expectations. To generate reports and maintain computer-based data retrieval systems for the provision of customer and budget related information.Undertaking other tasks as required that are aligned to the strategy and overall business agenda of the Company to utilise the company CRM system.Reviewing the company`s general `Sales` email address.Supporting the day-to-day sales enquiries as required.
