An exceptional opportunity for a high-calibre Executive Assistant to join a leading global investment firm specialising in technology investments. With headquarters in the US and offices worldwide, this fast-paced, high-performing business is known for its positive, collaborative culture and excellent employee benefits.

Based in their lovely London office near Piccadilly Circus, you’ll be supporting a small team of senior professionals while working closely alongside other fantastic Assistants. The team is supportive, ambitious, and smart — this is an ideal environment for someone looking to grow and develop their EA career in a dynamic and professional setting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide dedicated support to a team of 3–4 senior professionals
  • Manage complex, ever-changing calendars across multiple time zones
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, video calls, and travel (flights, visas, accommodations, restaurants)
  • Handle communications with discretion and professionalism, both internally and externally
  • Submit and track detailed expense reports in a timely manner
  • Prepare documents and assist with meeting materials (binding, printing, setting up spaces, etc.)
  • Coordinate logistics for events and offsites when needed
  • Support the front office/facilities team as needed, including lunch or PTO coverage

What we are looking for:

  • Ideally 4–5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within private equity, venture capital, investment banking or professional services
  • Degree-educated with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, with a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to stay calm and flexible under pressure
  • Collaborative, upbeat, and eager to contribute to a supportive team environment
  • Comfortable with shifting priorities and last-minute changes - a strong sense of ownership is key
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A team-player who’s equally happy working independently when required
