Our client is a global financial services firm looking to recruit a permanent Executive Assistant to support a team of 8 including an MD, Principals, VPs and Junior Associates.
Salary – £55,000 + bonus and fantastic benefits 25 days holiday
Hybrid working – 4 days working in the office and 1 from home

Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Executive Assistant duties:
- Extensive diary management, arranging both internal and external meetings, audio/video calls
- Arranging global travel arrangements, producing comprehensive travel itineraries and arranging visas
- First point of contact for the team screening all calls
- Liaising with clients, their Assistants and the company’s Board members
- Processing expenses
- Organising events
- Preparing and editing PowerPoint presentations
- Handling confidential information
- Providing cover for other EA during times of annual leave
- Carrying out research for team members if requested
The successful candidate will:
- Have previously worked as an Executive Assistant or PA supporting more than one individual
- Have previously worked within Banking or Financial Services or Professional Services
- Have managed very busy diaries
- Have booked lots of international travel
- Be used to working in a fast-paced environment
- Be proactive with excellent organisational skills, multi-tasking and prioritising skills
- Be calm under pressure
- Have excellent written skills and strong attention to detail
- Be a great team player
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
- Be able to work on your own initiative
- Have good MS Office skills and working knowledge of Salesforce would be an advantage
