Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven New Business Executive to join our team. This role is instrumental in driving our own new client acquisition through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM). Working closely with the Commercial Director, you will identify, engage, and nurture potential clients, driving opportunities for MRS Digital’s full suite of digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, and inbound marketing strategies.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute personalised campaigns to engage high-value prospects and drive conversion.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with lead information, ensuring accurate tracking of outreach efforts and sales activities.
- Outbound Sales Activity: Conduct cold and warm outreach via email, phone, and social media to generate appointments and business opportunities.
- Collaboration with Commercial Director: Work alongside the Commercial Director to align strategies, develop proposals, and convert leads into clients.
- Market & Industry Research: Stay informed about digital marketing trends and competitive landscapes to refine sales approaches and enhance outreach effectiveness.
- Pitching & Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to potential clients’ needs.
- Networking & Relationship Building: Represent MRS Digital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to drive brand awareness and generate new business leads.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role, ideally within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC and Websites.
- Marketing (ABM) and personalised outreach strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and sales enablement tools.
Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
