Our team is committed to delivering exceptional service and expertise. We are now looking for a skilled and experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join our office-based team. Role Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and reliable Bookkeeper to handle our clients financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Hubdoc software, and be adept at managing VAT returns and CIS requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records using Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Hubdoc software. Prepare and submit VAT returns. CIS (Construction Industry Scheme) deductions and submissions. Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with the team to streamline financial processes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in an office-based setting. Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and Hubdoc software. Strong understanding of VAT returns and CIS regulations. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
