Focusing on corporate M&A, PE, corporate advisory and financing work, the team acts for a range of clients including PLCs, large scale owner managed businesses, partnerships and start-ups.
The firm is keen to appoint an experienced associate with experience of handling M&A transactions. This role would suit a lawyer already practicing in Hampshire or surrounds and/or an individual with plans to relocate to Southampton.
