Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in the nursery

Help to create a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs

Support the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills in children

Maintain accurate records of children’s progress and behaviour
-
Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child’s day

Ensure the nursery is clean, organised, and meets our high quality standards
You have previous experience working with young children (preferred but not essential)

You have knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles (again, preferred but not essential)

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
You have the ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
-
You have patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
-
You have the ability to follow instructions and adhere to nursery policies and procedures, * GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Rainbow Hill House Nursery is an established day care nursery with an excellent reputation located in North London N11, near Bounds Green Tube station and New Southgate Overground station.
As a result of our lovely nursery growing, we have vacancies available for individuals who have a passion for childcare and who are wanting to gain a qualification to start their journey in Early Years Education!
We are looking for someone who is bubbly, energetic and enthusiastic about working with children, to join our friendly team!
We are open from 8.00am – 6.00pm, and we have full time and part time positions available. There are lots of benefits!
