We are delighted to be working exclusively with our city centre based client as they look to add someone to their growing IT support desk. If successful you will become an initial point of contact for any IT-related concerns, offering prompt and effective technical assistance to guarantee the smooth running of IT systems.
- Offer initial assistance for any IT-related concerns, such as network, software, and hardware difficulties.
- Use the Service Desk Portal to record, prioritise, and oversee incidents and service requests.
- Technical problems should be identified and fixed, with more complicated issues being escalated as needed.
- Help users with their IT-related questions and offer advice on how to use IT tools and services.
- Keep an eye on networks and IT systems to spot problems early and fix them.
- In the IT service management platform, keep thorough records of all events, service requests, and remedies.
- Assure prompt and efficient communication by keeping users updated on the status of their problems and service requests.
- When necessary, give consumers rudimentary instruction on IT applications and systems.
