Connect Appointments have a new opportunity for an Admin Assistant to join our Bo'ness based client (EH51)
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- 11.44 per hour – paid weekly
- Long-term sickness cover
Working as an Admin Assistant, your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Acting as a point of contact for customers via email and over the phone
- Updating office databases and using internal systems – full training will be given
- Responding to questions and requests for information – being aware of GDPR
- Any other ad hoc admin duties as required
To be successful in this role you will ideally have previous experience in an admin role, with a competent level of computer skills (Microsoft Office).
