We are seeking a Site Manager to oversee site activities, ensuring efficient project delivery and client satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in site management and a passion for sustainability and environmental solutions. Day-to-day of the role: Manage and develop the site Management Team to ensure timely project delivery. Attend on-site meetings to review current progress, forecast upcoming works, and highlight any risks to project delivery. Ensure site teams are working efficiently, and all objectives are clearly set to meet target dates. Verify that all drawings and specifications used by site teams are up-to-date and correct. Ensure adherence to company HSEQ policies & procedures throughout the project. Develop and oversee all RAMS to cover all work aspects during the project. Directly correspond with clients, customers, and other associated contractors throughout the project. Manage procurement of all plant and equipment in line with specifications and client requirements. Track project costs (material and labour) to ensure delivery within the budget. Manage subcontractors to ensure compliance with company standards. Prepare accurate work programs to meet key project dates. Provide regular updates on contract variations and monthly claims. Assist in the preparation of installation and “as installed” drawings, operation & maintenance manuals upon project completion. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience at a similar level in site management. Relevant site management qualifications. Extensive knowledge of current installation regulations. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and works planner. Organised and structured approach to work. Full UK Driving Licence. Excellent interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and enthusiastic. Desirable Criteria: Trade background in either mechanical or electrical industries. General construction knowledge of Civils and Building Fabric.
