ICT Technician

Are you a skilled and proactive ICT Technician looking for your next role? Our client, based in a Burgess Hill, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their small, supportive IT team. Key Responsibilities: Provide remote and on-site IT support to staff and pupils. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and networks. Ensure the security and safety of the school’s network. Uphold and enforce school user policies. Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems. Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with team members to deliver projects and system upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in a similar IT support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and network troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
