The Job
This position needs an experienced client services professional who understands and has experience in the B2B space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, account management, and project management. The Account Director is responsible for managing and growing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Understand clients' business goals, challenges, and needs to provide tailored marketing solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Strategy Development:
