Reprographics Specialist
Leading US law firm is hiring a new Reprographics Specialist to work in their Office Services team, 35 hours a week working 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm / 10am to 6pm.

- Excellent benefits inc. 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
The successful Reprographics Specialist in addition to providing first class print room service will also assist with couriers, post, stationery orders and other Office Services responsibilities.
Reprographics Specialist Responsibilities:
- High volume production
- Scanning
- Hard copying, digital printing, bible creation, cd burning, binding, lamination
- Paper stocks and toner changes for floor copiers
- Replying to email and telephone requests
- Coordinate emailed print request tasks with colleagues
- Copy check print work
- Provide first-line support for the maintenance of the photocopiers and printers
Reprographics Specialist Requirements:
- Experience of large scale/volume print production, document handling, scanning and indexing
- Well presented, good written and verbal communication
- Team player and an enthusiastic attitude
The job will involve some manual handling, including lifting and shifting multiple boxes of files and papers. Training will be given but you should be reasonably physically fit and capable of handling the physical aspects of the role.
