Senior RTA & Credit Hire Fee Earner - Claimant

Experienced motor claims fee earner to join a leading insurance firm in Bolton.

Joining an established yet growing motor claims team and handling a caseload of litigated credit hire to RTA cases.

These cases range from fast track to multi track and are fully litigated. Caseload ranges up to 70 claims valuing up to £150,000 in value. All claims are litigated and inception to settlement.

For this role, we are looking for an experienced senior fee earner to join this reputable law firm.

To be considered, you must have strong experience as a fee earner for credit hire to RTA cases.

Candidate Criteria

• 3+ Years experience handling a litigated caseload of claims
• 3+ Years experience handling credit hire to motor accident claims
• Full understanding of credit hire, RTA to motor accidents
• Quantum, negotiations and collecting evidence
• Full understanding of PI process including costs
