Initial 12 week duration
Seeking an immediately available, or available at short notice, Executive Assistant to support a very busy regional director with the following key duties:
- Providing all aspects of day to day secretarial and administrative support
- Dealing with correspondence, including liaising with other departments and senior leaders where necessary
- Helping manage ongoing projects
- Fielding telephone enquiries
- Maintaining diary and organising meetings when necessary
- Taking minutes, distributing and managing action points and matters arising
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements in liaison with Finance Department and external providers as necessary
In order to be considered, you need to have significant recent experience within an EA or Senior PA role and be confident to perform all key duties listed.
This is a fully onsite position, working 34 hours per week; 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Fridays.
This assignment is for an initial 12 week duration.
