My client is a reputable, award winning Financial practice with a successful history providing independent financial advice to clients. They have built a growing client base and due to further expansion have a requirement for a Senior Administrator to join their team based in the centre of Edinburgh.
In the job you will be providing full administrative support to advisers within the office. You will be the first point of contact for mainly private clients when contacting the company and act as an ambassador for the company providing first class service to existing customers. You will organise all aspects including documents, research and coordination prior to meetings. You will also ensure that all work is carried out promptly and smoothly for your IFA and be the primary support to the IFA you are supporting.
My client is flexible on skills and experience, however a proven background with Financial Services Administration is vital, and ideally having worked within an IFA practice before. Ideally you will have some of your financial qualifications or be diploma/FPC qualified and experience of Adviser office. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment. With the close knit nature of the team, you will be a committed, enthusiastic individual with a flexible approach to your work.
In return my client is offering a highly competitive salary and benefits. Along with this you would also have the opportunity to work in a friendly, professional environment with the chance to work with highly experienced professionals where you would learn from some of the industry's best.
To be considered please upload your CV ASAP to discuss the opportunity in more detail or to have a confidential discussion around your skills and background with Alison Curran.
