The CSR Group are seeking to appoint a Site Manager to work on renewable, electrical infrastructure and civil engineering projects.

We are seeking candidates with construction experience involving earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete construction, building work, ground works and landscaping.
Our client is based in Tyrone.
Role includes the following but not exclusively: -Plan and manage the construction process, supervising all activity on-site.
-Supervise and oversee the direction of the project ensuring that programmes are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs.
-Order equipment and materials, managing their use and managing the personnel involved.
-Collaborate with specialists such as engineers, contractors and clients.
-Comply with legal requirements, safety and designs and keep daily records and diaries.
-Instruct labourers and sub-contractors.
-Enforce safety procedures, minimising risk, ensuring the use of personal protective clothing and other safety equipment.
-Conduct safety inspections to ensure construction and site safety.
-Maintain quality control procedures.
-Attend weekly and monthly meetings as and when required.
Requirements All candidates must have a full and current driving license 5 years experience in general construction or civil engineering construction management Construction degree or trade background preferred Demonstrable track record of successful planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time and to budget.
Excellent Communication Skills Current CSR Card Working knowledge of industry practice and H&S legislation including management of risk assessments.
This role is mainly for works in Northern Ireland and occasionally involves travel and overnight stays to various site locations throughout Ireland.
