Sales Advisor (Turkish Speaking)\\n\\nWe are currently seeking a Turkish-speaking Sales Advisor to join a leading property developer. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic sales professional to play a key role in driving home sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting international sales efforts.\\n\\nThe Role:\\n\\nReporting to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximising property sales, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the wider sales team. You will also play a crucial role in international sales initiatives, particularly within the Turkish market.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Achieve new home sales targets and promote additional property features to maximize revenue.\\n\\n * Provide an outstanding customer experience, engaging with prospective and existing buyers in a professional and welcoming manner.\\n\\n * Develop in-depth knowledge of available properties, specifications, and company procedures.\\n\\n * Match customers with relevant Group schemes, ensuring they are fully qualified.\\n\\n * Maintain and update the CRM system to manage leads and track progress.\\n\\n * Promote and facilitate Group mortgage arrangements, ensuring timely completions.\\n\\n * Ensure compliance with all sales and marketing processes, as well as industry regulations.\\n\\n * Maintain the presentation of show homes, sales offices, and on-site signage.\\n\\n * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about local trends.\\n\\n * Attend and support marketing events, including international sales initiatives in Turkey.\\n\\n * Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, including agents.\\n\\n * Provide support to the Sales Manager, including handling complaints and mentoring new Sales Advisors.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\n * Previous experience in property sales, ideally in international markets.\\n\\n * Strong understanding of the Turkish property investment market.\\n\\n * Fluency in Turkish is essential; additional language skills are a plus.\\n\\n * Willingness to travel to Turkey as required for sales events and business development.\\n\\n * Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and customer service skills.\\n\\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales professional to advance their career with a well-established developer.
