Payroll Specialist Belfast £30,000 pa 12pm finish on a Friday Black Fox Solutions are currently working with a leading accountancy practice that are looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their growing team. Working alongside a supportive team, you will assist a range of clients across the manufacturing, construction, retail and service sectors to provide payroll services. Responsibilities: Manage payroll cycles (weekly, fortnightly, monthly) across multiple client entities from data entry to final payslip issue Ensure payroll compliance with HMRC regulations and internal policies (RTI, pension auto-enrolment, NI, PAYE, tax codes) Maintain payroll databases, process BACS payment runs, and ensure documentation is accurate and timely Onboard new clients and employees (via starter checklists and P45s), manage leavers, and process year-end documents (P60s, P11Ds) What you\’ll need: 3-5 years working in a Payroll Position Experience using Brightpay is preferable but not essential For more information on this, or any of our other roles, please get in touch with Jamie at or call the office on .
