24 hours per week, working Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
The purpose of this role is to ensure safe and orderly use of the mooring facilities and assist boat users and the public, so they have a safe, enjoyable boating experience.
As part of the role there will be a requirement to take passengers on the Liana electric trip boat and provide a commentary. Interacting with members of the public providing an information service and promoting understanding of the special qualities of the Broads are also key parts of this role.
The successful candidate will need good knowledge of the Broads and its navigation, wildlife and the surrounding area and a flexible approach to encompass a wide range of tasks. Boat handling skills are desirable.
The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Thursday 27 February.
Interviews will be held at Yare House, Norwich, on Friday 7 March.
