Surveyors Salary Dependant on Experience Site Based (Northern Ireland) Full-Time, Permanent Our client, a cavity wall installation and extraction company are looking to add multiple Surveyors to their growing team.

They are based in Belfast, Holywood, Derriaghy, Larne and throughout the UK.
They work throughout Northern Ireland and the UK so the role will involve travel in Northern Ireland depending on sites.

Day to Day: Conduct pre-installation cavity wall and loft surveys to assess the suitability of the job.
Provide detailed and accurate drawings and quotations to the admin department.
Liaise with the Install/Extract team to ensure safe and efficient execution of the job.
Inspect and survey all completed installation/extraction works.
Provide an accurate programme to facilitate survey management of works to ensure compliance with agreement certificates and governing bodies.
Travel to locations throughout the province undertaking surveys with homeowners, taking account of safe practice considerations for the install team.
Ensure product delivery within timescales for contracts.
Generate leads and opportunities.
Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, from initial contact through to project completion.
Effectively communicate with the office to ensure smooth running of the project.
Maintain accurate records and paperwork and ensure these are returned to the admin department daily.
Requirements: 1 year or more experience in surveying.
Communication skills both written and verbal.
On site experience.
UK driving licence.
