We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to the Principal Deputy Head for a fixed term of up to 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave.
The post holder will provide an efficient secretarial and administrative service for the Principal Deputy Head and support the Deputy Head (Co-Curriculum) and Assistant Heads (Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Form). They will require confidence and diplomacy to communicate effectively with staff, governors, visitors, parents and pupils.
This fixed term position is term time plus 7 weeks (41 weeks per annum), working 37.5 hours per week, typically between 8.00am and 4.30pm each weekday, with one hour of unpaid lunch break. The salary is £30,925 per annum (based on £34,093 per annum full time equivalent). Flexibility in working hours and pattern is required to meet the changing needs of the school but flexibility to work from home may be possible, provided it is agreed in advance.
