We are a Belfast-based Clinical Research Organisation that specialises in delivering compliance excellence for companies in the precision medicine sector.
We support many of the world’s leading pharmaceutical R&D companies in implementing unapproved diagnostics in their clinical development programmes for patient selection or stratification, working as a strategic and integrated expert partner, taking full sponsor ownership of the IVD study being conducted in parallel with our clients’ IND/IMP trial.
ARC’s team of experts cover IVD regulatory compliance, study design and approvals, quality assurance including vendor due diligence and management along with a team of clinical research experts who manage the IVD study, ensuring it is conducted in compliance with local and global GCP, and that the biomarker data is robust and reliable.
Job Purpose: To be an integral member of our busy HR team at our headquarters in Titanic Belfast.
You will work alongside our existing HR Manager to generate talent pipelines across multiple departments and aid our growth strategy.
This post is a 12-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with the hiring manager to provide strategic support and advice on their departmental recruitment needs.
Source candidates and build talent pipelines via multi-channel approach that ensures we hire the best candidate for each role, on time and in a cost-effective manner, whilst enhancing our employer brand.
Manage the recruitment process and life cycle, including sourcing, interviews and offers.
Where needed, manage the relationship with recruitment agencies to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
Produce and monitor time to hire and other recruitment KPIs.
Develop and coordinate outreach relationships with schools and universities.
Any other duties deemed necessary by the companys management.
Provide a high-quality service to client through extensive research and headhunting.
Keep up to date with market trends, your knowledge will reflect in your work.
Essential Criteria: Relevant business related degree or HR Qualification.
Minimum of 3 years experience in managing multiple recruitment campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Demonstrable experience of ensuring best practice recruitment methods.
Previous experience using online recruitment systems.
Strong organisational and influencing skills.
Able to adapt and thrive in a dynamic working environment within a scaling company.
Desirable Criteria: Experience of using NI Jobs or LinkedIn recruiter.
