About the role:
As Sous Chef at Allianz Stadium, you will play a key leadership role within the kitchen team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across a range of events - from match days and banquets to high-profile corporate functions. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene while helping to inspire, train, and motivate the brigade. Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will contribute to menu development, manage kitchen operations in the Head Chef's absence, and ensure that all culinary outputs reflect Allianz Stadium's reputation for excellence.
Duties:
