Are you passionate about early years education and looking for an exciting leadership role? We are seeking a dedicated Nursery Manager to join our thriving nursery, which accommodates up to 100 children. If you’re an experienced childcare professional with a commitment to providing exceptional care and education, this role could be perfect for you. The Role: Position: Nursery Manager Start Date: January 2025 Hours: Term-time only, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience) About You: We are looking for a proactive and experienced leader who meets the following criteria: Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Nursery Manager OR Experience as a Room Leader with a desire for career progression. Qualifications: A Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or a BA (Hons) in Education Studies (non-negotiable). Background Checks: Willing to undergo a Criminal Conviction Check or provide a recent one. Language Skills: Multi-lingual, with the ability to speak and understand Punjabi, Urdu, and Hindi (preferred). Responsibilities: Lead and manage a large team to ensure the highest standards of childcare. Develop and implement educational programs tailored to the needs of children. Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the wider community. Ensure the nursery complies with all regulations and safeguarding standards.
