WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE?

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for finding and nurturing new opportunities for Axis and our partners. You will convey the value of Axis technology and help prospective partners understand the value Axis solutions can bring to their business. As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a great first impression and nurturing long term mutually beneficial relationships.

Other responsibilities include…

  • Educate and develop inbound leads to identify and create sales opportunities
  • Follow up on leads via phone and email, tracking productivity daily in Salesforce
  • Identify high-potential prospects and transition to the sales team
  • Drive attendance and registration for sales and marketing initiatives and events
  • Drive registration for Academy training classes through calls, email, social outreach
  • Educate partners and customers on Axis technology

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We\’d love to see that you have/are:

  • Up to 2 years of experience in a similar sales position
  • Professional language skills in English, written and spoken
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in using social channels as a communication channel
  • A big interest in innovative technology
  • A motivated self-starter who loves a challenge
  • Customer-centric personality with a drive to deliver

  • Experience in any CRM, preferably Salesforce
