Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team in Clydebank, United Kingdom. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and supporting our care professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. β Support care consultations, service reviews, and completion of client support plans β Conduct staff supervisions and client quality assurance checks β Create, update, and audit client care plans, including assistance with digital care planning β Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records using Home Instead software and People Planner β Conduct client and Care Professional introductions β Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals involved in their care β Carry out client reviews and implement necessary actions β Support and mentor Care Professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment β Provide support to the Client Experience team β Maintain regular contact with clients and Care Professionals β Participate in on-call duties as required β Ensure compliance with equality, diversity, and equal opportunities policies β Contribute to the successful operation of the business through additional duties as directed by your line manager We want to see a willingness to learn and an unmatched work ethic coupled with a keen sense of accountability and pride in what you do!
