What Youll Do As a Support Operator at Trouw Nutrition, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes.
Your responsibilities will include operating a range of equipment to seamlessly move materials and products throughout the facility.
Beyond these essential duties, you will also be involved in: Life Saving Rules Operational Projects Housekeeping First Response Maintenance & Repair Reporting & Continuous Improvement Who You Are We are looking for someone who brings the relevant skills and enthusiasm to the role.
The ideal candidate will: Be safety-conscious with a strong understanding of workplace health and safety procedures.
Have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Be proactive, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
