Are you an experienced SAP Business Systems Analyst with a passion for optimising business processes? This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in shaping how SAP S/4HANA is utilised within a dynamic and fast-moving organisation.

The Role

As the SAP Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Lead, you will play a key role in enhancing SAP processes within the Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Finance & Controlling (FICO) cycles. This is a standalone role within the UK & Europe team, collaborating with global colleagues, including a well-established team in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and translate complex requirements into functional SAP solutions.
  • Configure SAP S/4HANA OTC, P2P, and FICO modules to align with business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Troubleshoot SAP-related technical issues and collaborate with offshore and global teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Support master data management, ensuring integrity and accuracy across SAP systems.
  • Develop and maintain SAP reports, interfaces, and enhancements using ABAP programming.
  • Ensure global SAP templates and standards are adhered to and continuously improved.

About You

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, particularly within OTC (Sales Order Processing, Delivery, Billing, and Credit Management).
  • Strong functional and technical expertise, including ABAP programming.
  • Proven ability to manage full end-to-end project cycles – from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultures.
  • A proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • The ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge or experience in FICO and P2P processes.
  • Experience with SAP Fashion Solutions.
  • Understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
