As the Engineering Team Leader, you will lead the maintenance team and be responsible for all maintenance activities during your shift. This includes scheduling Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), addressing breakdowns, and managing general maintenance work across the plant.You will serve as a role model for your team, providing mentorship and coaching as needed while promoting engineering excellence throughout the site.To be considered for this role, you should demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire and motivate teams, along with a background in food manufacturing or FMCG. This position is ideal for an Engineering Team Leader or Supervisor looking to advance their career, as well as for a seasoned engineer already at this level.Please note that this role follows a 4-on-4-off shift pattern (days).
