Role

We are looking for a talented Digital Learning Designer to collaborate on an exciting new project within the sustainability and innovation space. As part of this initiative, they are looking to convert existing in-person training into engaging digital learning that will support professionals, students, and organisations in developing the skills needed to drive sustainability and innovation.

Skillset Required

  • Digital Learning Development: Proven experience in designing and developing high-quality digital learning solutions, including eLearning courses, interactive modules, and video content.
  • Transform pre-existing workshop content, recorded sessions, and structured materials into interactive e-learning modules
  • Ensure the learning design aligns with higher education best practices
  • Develop digital courses within Moodle (LMS) and utilise Gomo (authoring tool)
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with SMEs, designers, and developers to create impactful learning solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Creativity & Innovation: Ability to transform complex technical content into engaging and accessible learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences.

Project Details:

  • Number of Modules: 5 (equivalent to 2-3 hours of training)
  • Tools: Moodle, Gomo (experience with these is highly beneficial)
  • Day Rate: Competitive
  • Target Completion: End of Q3
