Job Description
Apprenticeship Liaison Officer
37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
£24,221 – £26,297 per annum
As an Apprenticeship Liaison Officer, you’ll step into a crucial role within an efficient and friendly department where your work will have a massive impact on the apprentice’s and employer experience. Our dedicated office team provide advice, guidance and support to a wide range of customers including apprentices, employers, academic staff, and other external stakeholders.
Additionally, you’ll lead on the apprenticeship sign up process with responsibility for ensuring apprentices and employers receive the highest quality service from pre-sign up through to enrolment
Experience in managing a customer portfolio and engaging employers in the apprenticeship journey is preferred, and training on all apprenticeship courses we offer will be provided.
