Position: Temporary Service Desk Coordinator Location: Crawley Hours: 08:30 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday) We\’re currently seeking a Service Desk Administrator to join our client on an ongoing basis. In this role, you\’ll play a crucial part in our service operations, handling email inquiries, taking inbound calls, and ensuring seamless coordination of engineering appointments. Responsibilities: – Monitor the email inbox for customer inquiries and respond promptly and professionally. – Handle inbound calls from customers, aiding and resolving issues effectively. – Log service requests and job details accurately into the system. – Coordinate with the engineering team to book and reschedule appointments as needed. – Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. – Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the service desk. Requirements: – Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred. – Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. – Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. – Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. – Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
