Financial Services Administrator

CMB Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading East Belfast based Wealth Management company that is seeking a Financial Services Administrator to join their team. The successful Financial Services Administrator will provide strong administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers, helping to ensure that customer service continues at an exceptional level. Our client offers a pleasant, supportive and welcoming working environment.

THE ROLE

• Provide excellent administrative support to a team of Financial Advisers
• Prepare written reports and documents to tight timescales to meet customer requirements
• Undertake necessary research among available products to assist in suitable recommendations being made to clients
• Ensure customer information is stored securely and updated accurately as required
• Act as first point of contact for clients visiting the office
• Communicate confidently with clients on both incoming and outgoing telephone calls

THE PERSON

• Experience in a similar role within a Financial Services business would be beneficial but not essential as our client is prepared to consider strong administrators from other sectors
• You will need to have experience in adhering to strict administrative processes
• Excellent attention to detail necessary
• Strong work ethic with the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Good computer skills and comfortable with Microsoft Office
• Pleasant and confident telephone manner
• Be able to interact professionally with customers and colleagues alike
