Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, fostering strong, longterm partnerships. • Collaborate with senior account managers to execute effective marketing campaigns and projects tailored to client objectives. • Monitor campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to clients and internal teams. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies. • Manage client communications, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction. • Track project timelines and ensure all deliverables are met within scope and deadlines. • Support the identification of new business opportunities within existing client relationships. • Stay up to date on industry trends to provide strategic guidance to clients. Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, account management, or customer services is a bonus but not a necessity. • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused mindset. • Excellent organisational and project management skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the marketing field.
