Engineering Team Lead – Food ManufacturingMonday – Friday Day ShiftOverviewThis is a great opportunity for an Engineering Team Lead or Engineering Supervisor Engineer to move in to a growing and successful company in the food manufacturing industry.The role will involve managing the day to day work for an engineering team as well as medium and longer-term goals and performance.Combining this with hands-on engineering work, you\’ll be sure to keep busy in a varied role.Responsibilities for the Engineering Team LeadManaging day-to-day maintenance schedules and plans for a team of engineers.Also working across hands-on maintenance in both a proactive and reactive capacity.Working on Engineering projects (e.g. commissioning, installations, relocations).Identifying and implementing improvements covering both processes and machine output.Adhering to site Health & safety rules and legislation on site.Requirements for the Engineering Team LeadTime-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subjectExperience working as a senior engineer or in a more senior engineering position such as Engineering Supervisor / Engineering Team Leader.Ideally, prior experience working in a Multi skilled role across mechanical and electrical engineeringAbility to and experience of working to a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environment.If you’re interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
