We are a proud, independent design, project management and cost\\nconsultancy practice based in the Cambridge/Cambourne area with additional\\noffices in London and Manchester. We promote a positive and enjoyable office atmosphere,\\nwhilst still being able to hit targets and delivering excellent customer service.\\nThe successful applicant will be responsible for the internal sales and the day-\\nto-day sales administration, managing key relationships with customers, project\\nmanagers, senior management, suppliers, contractors, agents and other\\ninternal colleagues within The Workspace Consultants.\\nThe Job will entail contacting prospective clients selling specific design and\\nproject management services for office design and build fit out contracts.\\nWe are looking for highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individuals to\\njoin the company to promote our services.\\nOutstanding Sociable working hours Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm\\nPrevious sales experience is desirable.\\nMonthly salary with an excellent commission structure in place on top.\\nThis role is perfect for someone looking to earn more and achieve more than\\nthey currently are, and for those looking to join a friendly environment to be\\nable to succeed in.\\nThe job role will be to sell, develop existing customers and to generate new\\nbusiness. This role will be a full time permanent position based from our\\nCambridge office.\\nResponsibilities-\\n Answer incoming calls & enquiries, telesales /support for new and\\nexisting customers.\\n\\n Generate cold sales leads, close warm sales leads, manage the sales\\npipeline, collect data, create and update databases ie. CRM system.\\n Manage enquiries from initial contact to completion of the order and/or\\nallocate the enquiry to the relevant sales partner and provide ongoing\\nassistance to both the customer and internal colleagues.\\n Sharing market intelligence with the business, including competitor\\nactivity and pricing.\\n Working with the design partners to maintain a level of online marketing\\ncontent, keeping the message and brand fresh.\\n Co-ordinate site visits for the partners to assist with job approval and\\ncompliance responsibilities.\\n Build relationships with the customers, external partners and suppliers,\\nagents, contractors, and colleagues to be No.
1 position in our\\ngeographical areas.\\n Going that extra mile to ensure repeat business from customers.\\n Provide weekly/monthly update reports on enquiry levels, tenders, and\\nlive orders.\\n General administrative duties as required.\\nThe Ideal Candidate will have-\\n Either be a Graduate and keen to progress or have proven experience\\nand knowledge in the construction industry would be preferred but not\\nessential.\\n Customer service: 1 year is preferred.\\n Good organisation and time management skills and have the ability to\\nwork alone and as part of a team.\\n Good written and verbal communication.\\n Strong communication skills, including written and verbal and the ability\\nto engage with stakeholders at all levels.\\n You will be dynamic, driven, self-disciplined and be confident working\\nwith numbers and figures.\\n Quickly grasp information and be very good proof-reading and copy\\nchecking skills.\\n Structured thinking and problem solving with great attention to detail.\\n Some customer service experience, demonstrate some experience in a\\nsales role.\\n Drive and enthusiasm to nurture and grow the client base.\\n Must have proficient IT Skills including MS Office and have a strong skill\\nset or some experience in Adobe, CRM and Social Media.\\n A strong desire to meet targets and objectives
