We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to analyse customer feedback to enhance service delivery. This role requires effective communication skills, with a preference for candidates who are multilingual, particularly in English and Bengali. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service., * 3+ years of experience in customer service is desirable.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent analytical skills to assess data and drive improvements in service delivery.

  • Multilingual abilities, particularly in English and Bengali, are highly desirable.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clear and effective interactions with customers and team members.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail., * Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)

  • Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,783.00-£30,042.00 per year
