My client are a leading global organisation who are looking for a HR Assistant to join their People team to help deliver the day-to-day operations and support their strategic vision. This role will support the HR Business Partnering team, offering exposure across the generalist HR space and end-to-end recruitment process. You will also be offered incredible ongoing development.

Duties will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all employees on HR queries and managing their HR inbox
  • Supporting on recruitment campaigns including arranging interviews, liaising with applicants and answering any queries throughout the process
  • Managing and updating their HR systems including onboarding new starters, managing leavers, updating staff details, running cyclical reports and ensuring their platforms are up to date
  • Administrative duties across the full end-to-end employee lifecycle
  • Drafting all letters and contracts for new starters, leavers, promotions, pay changes and offers of employment
  • Assisting with payroll duties
  • Supporting on wider projects and gathering data for things like attrition and up-to-date employee numbers

You MUST have experience in a HR or internal recruitment role and the confidence to jump straight in. Support and coaching is something they pride themselves on, so you’ll be joining the very best team.

This is a hybrid working role, requiring 2 days a week in the office. They offer incredible benefits that are both flexible and competitive.
