About the Role :

As a Sales Associate at TM Lewin, you will be the face of the brand, providing customers with exceptional service and expert advice on our range of products. You will play a key role in creating an inviting store atmosphere and driving sales through your passion for fashion and your understanding of the TM Lewin brand.

Key Responsibilities :

• Customer Service :
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Provide expert styling advice and product knowledge to help customers find items that meet their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges efficiently and courteously.

• Sales & Product Knowledge :
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, including fabrics, fits, and tailoring options.
• Promote TM Lewin’s tailoring services and loyalty programs to enhance the customer experience.

• Visual Merchandising :
• Maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring products are well-presented and displays are kept neat.
• Assist in setting up and refreshing displays to reflect seasonal changes and promotional events.
• Ensure that stock is replenished promptly and that all sizes and styles are available on the shop floor.

• Store Operations :
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Participate in stock management activities, including receiving deliveries, conducting stock counts, and managing inventory levels.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.

Requirements :

• Previous retail experience preferred, especially in fashion or luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and styling, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
