Floor Supervisor

Cubitt House’s pride and Joy, The Alfred Tennyson, has an exiting second floor restaurant re-design coming in April called The Alfie.

We are looking for Supervisors and Head Waiters to Speer head this exiting new venture for our Pub/ restaurant in the heart of Knightsbridge led by our incredible General Manager Tulio.

The restaurant will be doing fine table service including filleting fish table side, flambe-ing etc. if this sounds like you or anyone you know might be interested please get in touch.

Who we are looking for?

• A positive attitude, looking to enjoy their work and enjoy the products we offer and the team they work with.
• at least 2 years experience
• Ambition, we will train, listen and support any team member at Cubitt House. What we need from you is a desire to grow with us.
• Leading a team and training
• Table and trolley service.
• Last but not least, a desire to deliver the best experience for our all guests within the group.
• You will need to have or be getting a NI number and proof of their eligibility to work within the UK.
